EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Location: Manjeri, Kerala
Qualification: Degree (BBA / B.Com / BA). MBA preferred.
Experience: Candidates with experience in EA/ Admin / Coordinator roles will be given preference

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication in English & Malayalam.
  • Efficient with MS Office and comfortable multitasking.
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations and project/tender documentation.
  • Handle email correspondence and phone communications.
  • Support project tracking, performance reporting and documentation reviews.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.

Job Role:

Support the management with project coordination, client communication and executive-level administrative tasks.
