Experience: Candidates with experience in EA/ Admin / Coordinator roles will be given preference
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication in English & Malayalam.
- Efficient with MS Office and comfortable multitasking.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations and project/tender documentation.
- Handle email correspondence and phone communications.
- Support project tracking, performance reporting and documentation reviews.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional discretion at all times.
Job Role:
Support the management with project coordination, client communication and executive-level administrative tasks.
